حقيقة التعب

بغض النظر عن نوعية العمل فالإنسان يستطيع العمل من ثمان إلى اثنتي عشر ساعة في اليوم يستطيع ان يعمل بها بشكل جيد دون تعب , ولكن كم من الزمن يستطيع الذهن البشري التواصل في العمل دون الشعور بالتعب .

هناك حقيقة مهمة جدا : أن العمل الذهني بمفرده لا يسبب لك الإرهاق والإرهاق الجسدي البحت أمر ليس دائما يحصل ويمكن علاجه بالنوم والراحة ولكن المعظم الإرهاق والتعب الذي نشعر به يكون نتيجة لمواقفنا الفكرية والعاطفية و ذلك القلق والتوتر ..... فهل تتعب كثيرا من عملك ؟؟؟؟

إذن تصرف براحة وسعادة يقل تعبك وهذه حقيقة وإن لم تستطيع الشعور بالسعادة في عملك تظاهر بذلك كما يقولون ( اكذب الكذبة وصدقها ) وسوف تصدقها فعلا مع الوقت . ابدأ في مراقبة مقدار تعبك كل يوم وقارن به مقدار إنجازك في ذلك اليوم , بعدها سوف تتعلم كيف تتحكم في إنجازاتك في اليوم الواحد وأنه ليس بالأمر المعجزة أبدا .
هناك دراسة أجريت أثبتت أنك ضغط الدم واستهلاك الأوكسجين بنقص حين يكون الإنسان في حالة ضجر وأنه حينما يكون في وضح مريح فكريا ومحب ويبدي اهتمامه بغيره ويتبادله يعود ضغط الدم إلى طبيعته لهذا تقاس الإنجازات دائما بالراحة النفسية .

سأطلب الآن منك طلبا : أن تراقب نفسك في هذه اللحظة وأنت تقرأ , كيف هو وجهك ؟ هل عضلات وجهك مشدودة أو عابسة أم مسترخية ؟ هل ترفع كتفيك ؟ ..... ماذا وجدت هل تبذل توترات عصبية وعضلية , هكذا أنت تصنع الإرهاق مع انك لا تقوم بشيء مرهق أبدا , فلماذا كل هذه التوترات وهدر المجهود أثناء قيامنا بعمل ذهني ؟؟؟؟

BAGHDAD ?C About 12,000 U.S. soldiers will leave Iraq by September, officials said Sunday, hours after a Baghdad suicide bomber killed about 30 people in a chilling reminder of the nation's still-shaky security.
